Refund and Returns Policy

At GummieGold, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, because our products are custom-made and fulfilled on demand through third-party providers (Printify & Supliful), our return and refund policy follows their guidelines.

Before requesting a return or refund, please review the conditions below.


1. Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders placed by the customer. However, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

Defective, damaged, or misprinted items
Wrong product received (incorrect item or variant)
Items lost in transit

Non-eligible returns:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind after purchase)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • General dissatisfaction with taste or texture (for supplements)
  • Minor differences in product appearance due to manufacturing variations

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • Your order number

2. Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive your claim, we will review it within 3-5 business days and offer the following solutions:

Replacement: If the issue is confirmed, we will send a new product at no additional cost.

Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Refund exceptions: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was lost or damaged during transit.


3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at helpdesk@gummiegold.com. We will investigate the status with our fulfillment partners.

If the item is confirmed as lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund.


4. Cancellations & Order Changes

Since our products are fulfilled on demand, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in production. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

If your order meets the return criteria, follow these steps:
